Notes:
Two weddings, out of town travel (to one of the weddings), and some fall clothes threw things a bit out of whack this month! I decided to switch my snowball to an automatic bi-weekly payment that goes out the same day I get paid - automation is my friend and it has been in the past. That's how I paid off my Honda and my 401(k) loan. It removes my ability to spend the money on unplanned expenses which then leads to a smaller snowball. My student loans will be under 30K by year's end, and that is HUGE!!!!! My Mount Everest is now looking a little bit more like a molehill; albeit a big mole hill. I am going to really reign things in this holiday season and plan to suggest to the family that we pick names instead of everyone buying a gift for everyone. Have to be a lot wiser and more frugal about this stuff. Reading personal finance blogs helped me get re-motivated this month, so I need to make sure I am doing that more often. Financial freedom is possible! Even for those of us who foolishly got ourselves up to our eyeballs in debt! Happy November everyone! ------------------------------------------------ Home value is updated monthly from Zillow.com/Zestimate (Purchase price was $370K in August 2006). Other Mortgage = HELOC/2nd Mortgage
