About Me
37 years old, happily married and raising a beautiful little girl. After spending 10 years in the Accounting & Finance industry, moved to real estate full-time. I have been investing in real estate for 14 years.
Why I Joined
NetworthIQ was abandoned.
Best Financial Decision
When I decided to invest in income-producing real estate. I love every minute of it and have never looked back.
Worst Financial Decision
Too aggressive with individual stocks. I allowed myself to be too emotionally tied to my investments. Doubled down on several stocks when I should have just cut the loss.
Current Investing Strategy
Goals for 2017: 1 - Acquire 10 new rental units. 2 - $7M total real estate sales. 3 - $730k net worth by end of 2017...that will represent adding 100% of my expected salary at my previous employer.
How do you manage your finances?
Personally oversee all investments.
What tools do you use?
Mint, excel and access accounts online habitually.
Favorite Books
The Snowball, Millionaire Next Door, Rich Dad Poor Dad.
