Notes:
Employee stock options this year went black and I have been cashing out 150 shares each month. Retirement funds moved to Fidelity and held in an annuity and brokerage account. Mortgages are paid off, except joint properties with partners, which are for sale; many still under water. Waterfront should increase in value over the next 5 years and provide a nice retirement supplement. As well, I hope to sell the additional R/E investments and unload the mortgages that go with them.
