Notes:
First Week in August: Markets ended the week on muted note. Two books read recently "Where the Money Is" and "The Joy of Compounding" are fundamentally changing my view on how to think of investing.. Looking forward to a few changes to be made in portfolio! Also got hooked onto the number 26 as a annual compounding number for wealth accumulation!

2nd Week August: Market turn around has been astounding! Macro environment has not changed much. War is still raging.. inflation is still very high..10 year/3-month yield curve has almost reached inversion point.. Oil has eased a bit though..

3rd entry for month: The past week was going on OK until the hawkish Fed Chair speech at Jackson hole on Friday. Markets barfed on what they heard dropping ~3.3 percent for the day (on SP500). Nasdaq index dropped almost 4 % on the day..

Some good bargains are showing up now esp in the Tech sector!
