Updated the value on the mortgage. Typically I grab this value off an amortization schedule, but the calculations in my spreadsheet are always a little off. Went to my mortgage company's site to get the true figure this time. We are under $150k. A small victory.
Can't wait to get under six figures. Two more years before that one happens though...

It's the slowest time of the year in terms of real estate, and that's certainly showing in our neck of the woods. The bottom has dropped out of our home's value - now at $191k on Zillow. Zillow goes back 10 years in terms of historical values, and this is the lowest point on the chart... Discouraging.
