Notes:
08/03/2013 Put aside 10k a for major landscaping project. This project should finally give our back yard enough appeal to hang out in. We used proceeds from our GNMA fund to help fund most of this project. We then moved the rest of our GMNA holdings into a high yield fund with a very low duration. This should help us to avoid future interest rate risk as rates normalize. We continue our long term plan of doubling down on the mortgage as burnout continues to be a concern on the job front. Our projected payoff will be at the end of 2017 if we continue on the same course. Our daughter will be attending a new charter school this fall. The school day is longer than public schools, which may allow the wife to start working part time. There is already one prospect, so we are hopeful that we will return to a two income family very soon.
