KBB has my care worth more this month than last month?

My oldest son left daycare this month and will be heading to elementary school. Finally one less $1k payment per month to keep up with. Now to get his little brother out of daycare!

With my son out of daycare I plan to save a month or two of the daycare savings to build a little more cash reserves. Then start hammering out the "Other" debt - This debt is a loan because I had the roofs replaced with 50year roofs on my primary and rental property. The tenants of the rental are scheduled to move out this month. First time the property will be vacant and first time I'll be juggling two full mortgages. Should be interesting, when they moved out I will probably see my cash reserves drop some as I make repairs to the property and prepare it to rent to the next tenant (hopefully quickly)
