Notes:
Retirement funds hit a new high but so too did my debt as I refinanced my mortgage in order to take funds out of my equity in order to fix a few things around the condo like the floors, doors and plumbing. That re-finance is also the reason the cash went up so much and the cause of a soon-to-be very high credit card bill. It'll be good to have decent flooring and fix some heretofore unknown water damage. My home price went up as that is my new assessed value which will lead to higher property taxes next year. No good without some bad it seems.
