Notes:
This month, I took over control of my secret down payment fund, a savings and investment account that my father had maintained for me (with my money) since I was a child. Birthday money, Bar Mitsvah money, and several other sources funded the account. Since I have been looking at purchasing a home, I decided it was the right time to move the funds over so I have access. Other than that, my big expenses were laser eye surgery, which I paid for out of pocket (will be reimbursed) and took a trip to Kansas City.
