The stock market is on a tear, just crested 13,000 on the DOW. Real estate is looking better and better. Pending home sales is up 8% and, interestingly, Warren Buffett of all people says that single family homes are a "very attractive investment," saying he would buy "millions" of them if it were practical. On that note, the remodel of my beach house continues. I am done with Unit B, which cost just under $50,000 to remodel, about twice the planned expense. Will spend about the same to remodel Unit A in the next month or two.
