Will the stock market ever stop going up? My friend, who is a stock broker, says "everyone" is waiting for the pullback, which means "it ain't coming." We'll see, I guess. It's early, but the year looks like it could be a blockbuster for me. Interesting note on real estate, there's lots of people out there saying that it's gone up too fast and is in another bubble -- that the gains are "not real." Those same people, however, don't seem to notice that the fucking stock market has risen extraordinarily fast (basically doubling) in the last three years and that money is as cheap as it's ever going to get ... But I'm not saying I agree or disagree. In my mind, it's all ridiculous and "fake" yet it's very "real" at the same time. My point is, it is where it is and no amount of "disbelief" or "logic" is going to change that ... On to the next. So the plan this year, for the time being anyway, is to accumulate cash and possibly put some money to work in the stock market. Of course, that plan could change ...
