Notes:
For tracking purposes, I have all of my real property valued at $4,042,000, which is 94% of my estimated market value (i.e., less 6% for transaction costs, but this excludes other costs such as applicable taxes, which would be substantial on some of these properties). Anyway, based upon the foregoing, my "full" estimated value for all of these properties is $4,300,000. How does this value compare to the Zillow values? Zillow shows the full estimated value of these properties at $5,078,251 -- roughly 15% higher than my estimated value. Interesting, right? In other news, we are close to a deal with the ex-partner. The deal would involve me taking on some debt to pay for the fully-acquired 50% interest in the Firm. The deal would also have me acquiring a 25% equity stake in a related marketing company, which would be bought for cash. Stay tuned.
