Notes:
I adjusted the value of the business (in liquidation). I am trying to remain conservative and realistic in the after-tax value (proceeds) anticipated in the next 12 months. I think I'm pretty close to the lower end, but we'll see.

I had my boat surveyed for insurance renewal purposes. They say the market price is $555K and the replacement value is $900K. So my valuation of $405K is certainly realistic.

Real estate is, as everyone knows, on fire. I am still keeping a conservative outlook there and all values are after-tax and after anticipated transaction costs (i.e., commissions). Hopefully, these values prove to be too low, but we'll find out next spring when we sell our primary residence and move to the Caribbean (where we will rent).
