Notes:
Federal tax refund came in & slammed it all on the credit card. We're so close to having them paid off, I can't wait.

Also, we locked in a 3% rate on a 15-year refi. There are some closing costs involved which will get rolled into the home mortgage after we close in March.
Our appraisal came in much higher than what we expected. It's still paper money to me, so I'm leaving our Home value as-is. (Purchase price + a small upgrade)

It's not all roses though. Our retirement fund took a beating because of the Coronavirus.

FICO Score: 847

Hello, 911? I'd like to report a murder...of our credit card debt.
