More boat parts purchased this month and last. Hoping to be on the water in July.

1st installment of property taxes due in 2 weeks. Financial stress is pretty high, but I could scale back RothIRA contributions if I really get in a pinch.

I'm also owed ~$1,500 for web hosting and phone consultations so I know that's going to be paid to me at some point this year.

Wow I didn't know FICO scores went past 850.

Huh, yea, that is weird because googling around suggests that the max is 850. I get my number from my Citibank credit card which states "FICO® Bankcard Score 8 based on Equifax data." So after a bit of research, I landed here: https://www.experian.com/blogs/ask-experian/what-is-fico-bankcard-score-8/ which says that particular "flavor" of scoring can go up to 900. I learned something new today :)
