Notes:
we refinanced the 2nd on the house, we aere planning to refinace to finish the remodel. But I believe now we have decided to just sell the house and pya off th remainder of debt. Wish we would have decided that before borrowing from 401k again. We are putting the business up for sale! so cross our fingers we can be out of it this year! that woudl be aeweome!! so the numbers shifted. my big accomplishment is paying more on citibank! ya! hubby and I disagree, I only put 1/2 of the 401k loan as an asset, ht thinks I should put the shoel thing. since he dosen't do any of the books I say I win!
