I think I had a heart attack last month when our assets reached a million! I want a networth of a million dollars. that was our goal that I set for us a few years back. What will I change it to when we reach it? hmmm
we have been looking at refinancing as an option. with rates so low it is hard not to. but dang with fees and such I just can't make it worth it. we are working hard on getting the house paid off in the next 5 years. no amount of low interest rate will make that happen faster when you are looking at 4-6K in fees. we will keep doing what we are doing. |
