Notes:
we took a big trip to visit family this month so that helped the credit card grow a bit. I am in a bad habit of letting the credit card roll each paycheck, which I don't like. I want to get back to having the cash on hand to pay it in full. I am going to focus on that as soon as that 401k loan is gone. We have been able to focus on it this month again so we are on track for Sept. I am excited to get there. I really want to get ahead again and get money going back in the market.

Ok I normally update the value of the van, motorcycle and house at the 1st of the year. But with the prices in housing and the curiosity over how our electric van is holding its value we decided to do it now. Just holy moly! (van 45000, Motorcycle 21000)
