| We pulled out money to put a 10k deposit on a new house. were gave serious thought to selling our house and building a new one. with the end goal being we would pay less for the new one and end up mortgage free. We did stop the process at the last minute. if we break even, meaning we still owe what we do today, then I would rather stay put. Man wish I knew what we should do there! would love to be 100% debt free. We will get there. So readjusting goals a little bit as we recover from the 1/2 of the year. Hopefully we are back to focusing on debt before long. really want our 5 year plan to shrink! the 10k will go to fixing up our house. we are stuck about mid remodel and we just really want it finished! |
