Notes:
June was another "staller" of a month. Cash finally left to pay for a new HVAC system for one of the rentals, so that accounted for the reduction in Investment Property Savings. Markets are down or flat so no real movement in retirement funds. On the plus side, I found another investment house that I was able to get under contract June 1st. This is a similar house to the one I bought a few months ago...needs substantial work but should be a good deal if I can keep the improvements from getting out of hand. Utilizing my hard money lender again, so we will see if I can turn #2. Difference on this house is that I had to pay more ($23 per sq ft) but it already has central heat and will need less work overall. Should rent for around $500 and hopefully will allow me with <10% invested.="" debt-to-assets="65.55%" legend:="" "annuities"="Investment" property="" savings="" (minus="" security="" deposits)="" "other="" assets"="Health" savings="" account="" "other="" real="" estate"="Investment" properties="" (current="" market="" values)="" "other="" mortgage"="Investment" property="" mortgages="" "other="" debts"="Hard" money="" loan="" for="" rental="" property="">
