Notes:
I feel like I never post on here anymore, I've been continuing to sock away cash as my future with the military is uncertain. I've continued to take classes at the local community college in an effort to apply to med school. We shall see how that goes. Wish I had better news for my house, but it continues to decline in value, I need to hire a painter, have some bathroom repairs completed and have the carpet replaced before I sell it. Saved up about $4500 toward my roof repairs from the hail storm almost 2 years ago. I need to complete that before the 2 year anniversary or else I doubt insurance will cover it. Sold the BMW, got some cash that I'm saving off-line (not factored in calculation) for toys, little by little I've been siphoning off money to put towards those. Think I'm going to talk to a financial advisor in the near future, I'd like to take a more proactive and participatory role in my retirement savings, and I'd like to see some big(ger) returns too. That's about it for now.... //J
