Getting close to having the rental house remodel done -- 2 rooms to go. My youngest sister (17) decided she's going to live there while going to college this fall (no mention of rent, a bit of a sore point here) so my goal completion date is August 1; though I'm tempted to leave some projects undone so I can keep a better eye on things for the first few months.
