Notes:
2020 has been a weird but good year. The stock market tanked and got back up. I was able to partially capitalize on that.

I purchased a new home. The initial plan to rent out the old home has changed. Given the recent price hikes in my area, I plan to sell the old home early next year, once it has been completely updated.

Most importantly, I was able to grow my business in 2020 despite all the COVID related set backs and issues.

All in all, it was a surprising good year. Happy Holidays and a prosperous 2021 to everyone.
