Amazing ability to hold value during bear like market. Looks like real estate in your are is still going up and adding to your net worth, that's great.

The real estate in my area is doing well. We have seen some drop off last year’s highs, but there is a net in-flow of people into our community. My equity numbers look better due to the fact that I deploy additional cash. I will continue to buy equities to dollar cost average, but plan to ramp up my treasury holdings. All this of course as long as my company is performing at the current levels.
