I would love to know a bit more. The thing that is kinda the "elephant in the room" is your 158K in cash?! Is it liquid? Why don't you pay off debt? Are you saving for something? Either way, thanks for the update, keep on crushing it!

I'm not really sure at this point! I invested in a business a few years back, so I kept some cash at the time. Then the cash grew. I haven't been happy with my house so always on the fence about moving, so don't want to sock it all into the place. Then covid, and now interest rates, and craziness. But the interest on my mortgage is less than my savings account now, so I'm thinking maybe when rates drop I'll just pay off the mortgage. Just a lot to think about, but it's not a huge burden right now. Then want to see what happens with the election and economy.. It's always something. I'll take the easy 5% now, but yea, I could probably do something better with it.
