Notes:
I continued writing articles for Seeking Alpha and increased my salary by about 16% this month. These earnings are paid out quarterly so I'll decide what to do with this money late March of 2012. Still working on that home loan. I just received my taxes back from 2011 and I should have all the required paperwork to move forward. Taxable account dividends I received in February of 2012: 01Feb, VZ, $15.61 15Feb, ABT, $15.96 15Feb, HAS, $16.20 15Feb, PG, $4.18 -------------------------- Feb 2012 taxable dividend receipt total: $51.95 I continued contributing 15% of my salary to my 401(k) -- plus a 4% match -- which allows me to sock away nearly $12,000 a year plus an additional $5,000 a year to the Roth IRA. I'm doing my best to reach my goal of obtaining a net worth of $150,000 by the age of 30. I'll be 31 in February of 2014 and I believe I can make this goal.
