Notes:
Things continue along smoothly. The housing market appears to be heating up and prices have increased substantially recently. I plan on refinancing my home and, therefore, ordering an appraisal so I'll update my house value just as soon as the appraisal is ordered. I've decided to stop tracking my dividends for now, since I will likely sell nearly all of my taxable dividend positions in order to raise money for the home refinance. I continued with my 401(k) contribution of 5% -- plus a 4% match -- which will allow me to sock away about $5,500 a year to my tax-sheltered account and I'm also contributing $5,000 a year to the Roth IRA. I believe I'm still on track to reach my goal of obtaining a net worth of $150,000 by the age of 30. I'll be 31 in February of 2014 and I believe I can make this goal. It may come down to the housing market, when determining if I can make this goal, but I'm optimistic. Prediction of net worth change: + $1,500
