Notes:
HOW I DID ON THE GOALS FOR MAY: 1.) MOVE DEBT SNOWBALL ONTO STUDENT LOANS. REPLACING MY 2ND ROOMMATE WOULD BE A HUGE HELP. ==> DID IT!! Snowball is on to Student Loans - that is a HUGE blessing, and I am relieved to be finally climbing this mountain!! 2.) ADVERTISE TO REPLACE ROOMMATE #2. ==> Have not done this yet...will have to do so in June, no more procrastination. 3.) KEEP WORKING OVERTIME. ==> I am still working OT, about 10 extra hours a week over the weekends; it is hard, but worth it when the extra money shows up in the paycheck. *** I update the value of my home monthly using the "Zestimate" on Zillow.com, which tracks all sales in my neighborhood using comps to determine value -- it is dropping again.*** JUNE GOALS: 1.) Continue rolling the Debt Snowball onto my student loans. 2.) Keep working OT and looking for additional income streams to add to the Debt Snowball. 3.) Find a good roommate.
