Notes:
Raised my roommate's rent by $50 starting March 1. Thankfully she was fine with it. Begun tithing a true Tithe at church (10% of my gross not net). Will be getting a larger than expected tax refund which will all go onto the student loans. Came out of escrow with the mortgage giant, am more than capable of paying my own taxes and insurance thank you very much. Saves me $100 a month they were taking as extra to "pad" the account which they were legally obligated to do. Crazy when I could be using that on my student loan snowball or more on my mortgage principal. Received the escrow account balance check and have opened up a new savings (ING) as my own escrow account. ------------------------------------------------ Home value is updated monthly from Zillow.com/Zestimate (Purchase price was $370K in August 2006). Other Mortgage = HELOC/2nd Mortgage
