Notes:
New Entry: APRIL 11, 2015 Entering 2nd Quarter 2015: Reached 6 Months' of Expenses E-Fund ($24K) in March (Yay!!!). BABY STEP 3!!! FINALLY!! Re-allocating E-Fund Savings Snowball as follows: Maxing Out 401(k) at $18,000 allowable contribution for 2015. Maxing out ROTH at $5,500 (turns out I can squeak in with my projected AGI for 2015). BABY STEP 4!!!!: 15% (actually 18%) of my gross to tax-advantaged retirement accounts. PLUS 5% match from job. Other: Contributing to New Car Fund at $250 every 2 weeks. Honda will be 12 y.o. this year, still runs just fine though. Due to use of public transportation, still has less than 100K miles on it. Not bad!! Remaining discretionary income is going to much needed home repairs and bigger payments onto HELOC for early payoff. ---------------------------------------------------------------------- Home value is updated monthly from Zillow.com/Zestimate (Purchase price was $370K in August 2006). Other Mortgage = HELOC/2nd Mortgage
