| Work on the house is still ongoing/up in the air. Not sure how much I will have left over after I pay the balance because it isn't finalized. Hoping about $3k to put towards debt and get moving in the right direction. Having a friend redo 2 bathrooms in the house before he moves so if I decide to sell my house, all the major stuff will be updated. When all is said and done, he will have done 3 bathrooms for $3850 labor, which I think is an outstanding price. I'm trying to keep materials cost to a minimum, but still picking stuff that isn't total crap. I want out of this house sooooo bad! |
