Turns out the house needs another 10k in work. FML. I haven't gotten the contract yet, so that is not included in my debt. I have decided to work out a 5 year plan to pay off everything but school and the house. And rather than paying things down aggressively and leaving myself no wiggle room, I'm going to take the 5 years and even if I have money left over, I will leave it for whatever so I don't feel the need to use a credit card if I need/want something and I've already paid everything to debt. I need breathing room so I can get out of this rut.
