Making slow and steady progress on mortgage, but the condominium still hasn't sold as yet which has been frustrating. Once the condominium sells then I would anticipate being able to take a significant chunk off of the mortgage, and this will also alleviate pressures on monthly cash flow. Stocks remain up and down - non-resource stocks seem to be holding their own while resource stocks have crashed and burned. It all seems to be evening out at the end of it all. Income is reasonably steady so far and although I won't hit $2 million by the end of this year (unless a miracle happens), given all of the life changes I am still reasonably happy as to where I am currently at.
