Notes:
I took advantage of another 0.99% balance transfer offer this month, and stuffed the money into a bank account earning 5%. My credit score is probably going to suffer, but I'm not planning on applying for new credit anytime soon.

My 401(k) balance keeps going gangbusters. It's at $298k as of today, and I am just waiting for it to cross the $300k threshold. I remember when the 401(k) balance first reached $100k; I was so amazed. Then it grew into $200k several years later, and I was astounded. It's taken far less time to get to $300k, and the most incredible part is, I've only contributed $135k from my paychecks. This is truly the magic of compounding at work.
