We've been living a little beyond our means lately. We put our entire vacation and recent chimney repairs on the wife's credit card (not reflected above). These charges amount to roughly $4k. This puts us in a rare case where we aren't paying off our CC cards in full.
Cashed out an insurance policy that was taken out when I was born ($1300) to help get us through this debt patch. Also dropped the contribution in our 401k from 15% to 10%.
Happy to see on Zillow that our property value has started to pop. Not sure it represents reality, but still nice to see.

Transferred $4k in 401k from cash to index fund. Will repeat as we head lower.
