Notes:
We paid off the home improvement loan using monies from Mary Sue's inheritance. We also paid $35000 down on a business condo for the Ames office. This hurt our cash, but increase our real estate holdings. The office condo is 10% with Brandon. We paid $170,000 for it. We moved in on October 1. MS has been painting the cabinets and we found a sawmill guy in Cambridge who made us a new live edge reception desk - very pretty. I had a very difficult time with an employee (Joy Bradley) who kept crossing boundaries. Both Brandon and I met with her and her husband, Andy, each one time. We reduced her responsibilities by 80% and she resigned. We are relieved about that. Brandon's two new employees (Stephanie and Paige) both had over 70 appointments for October. We went over 500 appointments for the first time. MS and I went to CR for supervision two times (stayed in a motel both times the night before) .MS and I went to Willmar and Emilie's to pick up things and clean out Marcella's house for the final time. Paul bought Marcella's Camry and paid MS $5000 for her share. Em had a sewer back up and needs a sleeve put in to the street. We are going to loan her the money for that and she can pay us back without interest.
