Notes:
DOW up 3.17% for February and up 1.06% for YTD. We gave our tithe from the Erickson Inheritance to missions at our church this month ($16,000), and loaned Emily $1000 to finish her home project, paid Brandon $919 for the furnishings at the new office in CR and paid $437 for the ottoman for the ACC reception room delivered from Redekers. Mary Sue and I finished off the office pretty much except for the barn room and we took the desk we bought at the antique store in Story City to Jewel to have it chalk painted by April, an antiquer Mary Sue met. The other new couch doesn't come until May for the barn room. We had our first $90,000 month for H2HC all offices (receivables). We were up $20k from December to January since Emily and Valerie started, so that is pretty awesome. Philly turned 40 in February and Alyas got braces. We signed up for Discover+ at home and are watching some new shows there, but we've had Internet issues with Mediacom, so that is frustrating. We've paid off the 2017 Lincoln Navigator L at the bank but are paying ourselves back so I've still included it on debt, so that's why we took a hit this month overall. I hope to pay ourselves back quicker with company draw and then buy a newer car for me. Mary Sue and I spent a couple of Saturdays this month at the office doing taxes and uploading everything to the CPA's web portal. Mary Sue hasn't felt all that great this month with a stuffy nose and has had trouble breathing. She went to the doctor and they gave her some meds, but never checked her for Covid. Toward the end of the month she was feeling better.
