Notes:
Cash is down a tiny bit again. I've been stretching a bit to throw a few hundred extra here and there at our mortgage. Same with retirement. Nice to see some optimism in the market. Home value is down a bit more. *sigh* KBB STILL doesn't have 2012 data, so I am now down over $5k from our purchase price (less TTL). Just using a round number now to make life easy. Picked $30k for this month. Surprisingly, it looks like my truck, a 2006 Ram 2500 Megacab (with the Cummins, duh...) with 49k miles is back to a very unbelievable/unrealistic private party value. Even WITH diesel at/above $4/gal. I don't believe it. $20k, maybe... but not $30k. Mortgage is under the $75k mark - woohoo! Somewhat of a psychological barrier of sorts. Similar silliness to when everybody was celebrating the Dow breaking 13,000 pts. Student loans still aren't hurting anyone. Just another minimum auto loan payment. Credit card is about right. Still always paid in full and cash in checking to cover the balance.
