| Our HVAC system quit last week. It was a 20-year old system and repairing it, while much cheaper than replacing, didn't make sense - so we're a bit (a lot, really...) down on cash. Next month's taxes aren't going to help. I might delay paying a month or two and pay closer to the due date, who knows now.
Hopefully Murphy stays away for a while. The mortgage payoff will have to wait a few months as we put money back in savings. I'm feeling thankful that we both have jobs this month, a bit more than usual. |
