Notes:
Washer went high order last month, just three months past the parts warranty, so dipped into the emergency fund to get a new one since that's what for (I'm really beginning to loathe appliances). This slowed repayment on the loan. Retirement fund has rebounded a bit(along with continual payday inputs) which overwhelms all the small losses in other areas. Slight drop in property value but pretty much holding steady for now. Cars and stuff depreciating, and I've been good in not accumulating new stuff lately. Cash isn't growing the way I would like, but the basement is getting finished.
