Notes:
Biggest change is a bit of the rebound of the market and it's affect on the retirement account. Home prices appear to have stabilized in my area. The Cash is slightly inflated, had some major car repairs I haven't paid the bill on yet, and work I yet to have done. The common decision, when you turn in the beater versus keeping it rolling. I'm keeping mine rolling because I couldn't qualify any of my vehicles for the cash for clunkers offer.
