Notes:
Purchased a newer used vehicle and got rid of the '95 minivan, sucked up some cash (and I still owe some reflected in debt increase) and spent some money on vacation over the summer (big reason cash didn't move). Drop in retirement pretty significant. Not changing my home value until I see what a very similar house in the neighborhood that is for sale actually goes for (currently on market for more than I've estimated for my house). Hoping with two in college that in home expenses decrease a bit for the next few months. I'm really wondering if I'll ever get out of debt at this rate and I'm really tempted to just pay it all off and drain the emergency fund to bare bones. However the debt is interest free as long as it's paid off over the next six months to so, so there seems no point in rushing it. I do feel that every time I'm close to having nothing but a mortgage I get sucked back in via circumstance, emergencies, etc. Oh well, i had a good vacation with the family and am enjoying my vehicle purchase.
