Pulled the house value down based on what another, very similar home in the neighborhood, actually sold for. Retirement is up, for now. I've been working on saving more and getting rid of that nagging remaining debt. So far it's working. Of course, that said college associated expenses are rearing their ugly heads and I've just gotten the news that one child will need at least an extra semester, if not an extra year, to graduate based on how the required classes for their degree program are laid out. Sucks to switch majors, though I see the logic and it will hopefully help in making them more employable. They get to pick up the bulk but I still want to help.
