Notes:
Well, things are doing okay now, though about to get a whole lot worse on the debt front. Made the mistake of suggesting getting a near new car for the wife versus a beater for my one child. Eyes alight she went to the computer and immediately found a vehicle only $995 above the upper limit of the price range I casually suggested, so at least the first numbers matched. Stupid, stupid, stupid, after all these years of marriage you'd think I'd know better. Decent news though, is I'm finding new vehicles (2014's) in the price range and style we want being discounted severly to the point we may buy new versus used. I suspect we will make a decision by end of month. It's not like we don't hang onto cars for 10+ years anyway. The market went up nicely, so my retirement went up. Not bothering to change home value. Still paying ahead on the mortgage though that may stop if I get a car loan at a whopping 2% or less. Other debt being reduced nicely. Overall not a bad quarter.
