Notes:
Sold some personal property items that helped bump up the cash savings despite having spent a bit in support of planned summer travel and other holiday spending. Retirement down from January highs but still better than expected. Home price will likely need adjustment but I'm waiting until the summer to bother with it. Will likely just pay off the car loan in April or May and be done with it and move the monthly payments towards the Home Equity to knock that out. Meanwhile the spouse is eyeing new flooring on the first floor and granite counter tops in the kitchen. Sigh, one step forward, two back, well...maybe more like five steps forward and four back. The progress feels really, really,...like really, slow :-).
