Notes:
Should be getting deposit back from old apt soon, +1400. I will keep roommate's half to cover what he still owes me from the old apartment. Roommate owes +1950 for his half of move-in expenses (1950 Deposit + 1950 Sept rent). However he paid for elevator fee and uhaul, so that number may come down some. Things are going really well and our new apartment is amazing. My communte to work is easier, and we have an amazing view. Since we now have an apartment that is good for hosting, we plan to start having dinner parties and game nights at our place. I also now live close enough to the train station that I could commute to work, so I *might* end up getting rid of my car completely. I'm not quite ready to commit to that yet, though.
