Career shenanigans on my part have been resolved wholly and completely. Partner's income covers while I wrap my degree and that plan holds for now.

We've been house shopping recently, we've got a couple of offers floating around at the moment. We really need to do a comprehensive personal inventory when we move in. I know for a fact we have at least some things worth tracking but split householding makes it hard. Market is slowing down here and we live in a good city to start out in.
