Notes:
Projecting for December...

Acquired 2 new houses this month, refinanced several. Also adjusted the values of homes based on what I truly think they are worth. I have probably been too conservative with the value of my real estate holdings honestly. I have consistently been slow to increase the value of the assets on my balance sheet mainly because I didn't want to let myself "think" I had more then I really did, especially if a market corrects. While I still think this i prudent, I don't think it is the right thing to be too conservative either. I think it has kept me from being a little more...risk tolerant...reassured that my activities are leading to the desired results, etc. This market in 2020 has been crazy and I still feel like a correction is right around the corner...but I think I need to embrace both the ups and the downs each month.
