Notes:
Looked up vehicle value this month and adjusted rental home values. Also booked all of the construction loan for a rental property that has the rehab wrapping up. This real estate market is crazy...everything is getting so expensive. Every Buyer we write an offer for is competing against at least 5 other offers, all offering over asking price. Most listings are "no repairs". Dave Ramsey just said that we are not in a bubble...just at a new level and people need to accept it.

Debt-to-Assets = 61.66%
