Notes:
I like this direction we're headed. Can it be sustained? The retirement nest egg continues to climb; we all know that story. And Zillow suddenly decided my home is actually worth something now. Of course, it's still way below what similar models are selling for so I'm not paying much attention to it. Their database of local values in my area just aren't very accurate so I'm going to have to rely on the state's annual assessment as soon as the next one comes along. Due to a critical software error, my tax refund won't arrive until the June/July timeframe. I'll have to put out the funds for the $2,000 Alaska road trip I'm taking in June. It's not too big a deal in the long run, just very annoying. I hate unexpected problems. That's all for now. I'll keep it rolling.
